Designed by E121 Studio, Ella’s brings the studio’s warm, modern aesthetic to a full-scale wood-fired restaurant and open-concept dining experience in the heart of Huntington.

Anchored by deep green accents, handcrafted tile, and natural textures, the space reflects E121’s belief that atmosphere and emotion are inseparable in great design. An exposed kitchen and glowing wood-fired oven sit at the center of the room, creating a sense of movement and connection between the culinary process and the guest experience.

Every element — from the layered lighting to the organic materials — was chosen to balance vibrancy with comfort. The result is a restaurant that feels both architectural and alive: energetic in spirit, timeless in form, and designed to make every meal feel like a moment worth savoring.
